Took internet order on 5/8/10 says they shipped USPS priority on 5/13/10. No item has been recieved as of 5/20/10. Phone calls and voicemail left unanswered

I placed an internet order for a replacement mandolin tailpiece. Order was acknowledged, my credit card was billed and I was e-mailed acknowledgement along with an USPS shippment tracking number as follows

I cannot track my order as it appears to be nonexistant with USPS
Today is 5/20/10 and still have not recieved my order.
I have called several times, and have left one voicemail requesting an update. As of today I have not been able to talk to anyone about this issue.
