I went on Craigslist for a job search, I applied for a Receptionist/Customer Service position (http://sandiego. Craigslist.org/ssd/ofc/1720123919.html). Somebody then contacted me and gave a series of interview questions, after I passed the first set of interview questions, I was e-mailed again with more questions, after the second set, they overnighted me a fed-ex package that contained a cashier's check from Arizona Federal Credit Union for $2,850.85. What I was supposed to do was follow the instructions so that I can "gain" their trust, which was to desposit the check they gave me, keep $350 for myself, $250 for the equipment that I was to buy, and $100 as a signing bonus, and send the rest Western Union transfer. Do NOT fall for it, to make sure, I called Arizona Federal Credit Union and they were able to verify it was not a legitimate check, and I have filed a report with them. Beware, this company or "man" is a scam.
