Rip off refuse to put me in a bundle

I had an employee account and when i left i tried to transfer my account to a bundle service account (video-internet and phone) i was told that i could not get one and my bill jumped to over $250 a month. I have tried to work this out to no avail i really feel sorry for the regular customers if this is how they treat loyal (former) employees
