Jim Townsend is the biggest douchebag slimeball you will ever meet in your life!!! Run away from him if he ever comes near you. He talks trash about all of his clients, snoops through their homes, does a terrible job of trying to pass himself off as a property manager while your property goes to hell in a handbasket, hires contractors then tries to get out of paying them and rips them off, manipulates people, trespasses, lies, cheats and is an all around A-hole! Do not ever work with him! Warn everyone you know about him. If he works for you, fire him. He is the lowest kind of low and is not someone you want in your home, knowing your personal information, or someone you EVER want to be associated with. He is also UNLICENSED, I repeat... NOT LICENSED in any way, shape, or form to provide any service or do any business in the County of San Diego which is ILLEGAL! So he is probably hiding from the IRS as well.
