Deceptive company/False promises-Uses unlicensed contractors to do work in your home ripoff

Powley Property is a property management company which used unlicensed contractors to do work in my home (painting/plumbing etc). I hired this company to manage my property for 2 years and when I moved back in I inspected the repairs and noticed that many were shabbily done.

I was told by the owner that she only uses licensed contractors which is not true. I was referred to a carpet cleaning company named CARPET SAVERS in Torrance Ca, which dyed my carpet and within 1 month it faded back.

When I called POWLEY PROPERTY to find out if they could get in touch with Ryan the owner, I was told that they didn't know if they would have any better luck than I was having. When I asked for his last name they didn't know or wouldn't give it to me.

When I asked if they only used licensed contractors, I was told yes. I later found out that Ryan at CARPET SAVERS is not licensed.
