Innovative vacations
Offered to sell our time share and we would only have to pay them $1499.00 and they would be no closing costs and we would receive no less than 25,750.00

We were first contacted by telephone by Innovative Vacations to sell our timeshare in February. We were told that it would take 45-60 days and when a buyer was found the contract would be mailed to us to sign and send back, which we did.

The price that was quoted to us was 25000 and no less that 23000. All we had to pay was 1499.00. There would be no closing costs to us and no appraisal. The fee that we paid was for their legal work.

We tried to contact them by the phone numbers that we were given and told at that time that they would be available whenever we called. All we got was an answering machine and no return calls.

I tried to contact the Flordia Business Bureau and was told there was no such company but to try the Department of Business Professional Realtors. I got no one there so left a message. Within 10 minutes of that call I received a call from Innovative Vacations I thought that was really unusual.

The last contact we had with them was on March 24 when we were told our closing date would be on May 20th and that we should be home on that day in case there would be any questions by the seller. But we were assured that 99% of the time there are no questions. We should be available to let them know where we would want our check mailed.
