Poor customer service

It amazes me within this insane economy that the business could be prepared to provide their supervisors such small expert, when I was informed by Eric Ross the Von's Supermarket Manager, in San Juan Capistrano he might shed his work if he was to provide me a little pot of the chipolte sauce they utilize on the snacks in thier deli because they don't market that marinade within their shop. TRULY, DISMISSED FOR GIVING A PERSON ANYTHING THEY WANTED TO PURCHASE??? I've never-seen such bad customer support. THe perspective of a number of the workers was that people were worrying them for actually wondering. The amusing thing is the fact that many people had previously offered it to people before. We'd looked there for nearly 30 years and certainly will not be returning, there's a Ralphs right up the road with such BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT we shall consider our bucks elsewhere.
