I've been a normal as of this store on 3rd and Fairfax and repeatedly I'm astonished at how poor customer support reaches this shop. Through the numerous years I've been buying as of this shop there has been numerous supervisors arriving and heading - none might make any distinction whatsoever. The workers (atleast many of them) appear to dislike the clients and they all seem like they'd rather be some place otherwise, but at the office performing their work. Many of them walk-around in a snail's speed and attempt to move you onto the following person God forbid you've a or demand. Nowadays I'd an experience having a new supervisor called Martha, whom I'd never noticed there before. She was most unhelpful and condescending. I needed to purchase a carton of Marlborough Silver 100is, however they were from it, as normal.
