I have to reduce costs, and so I was contemplating terminating Directv in support of a more affordable option. Our first-order of company was to contact and have Directv easily had any impending contractual responsibilities must I stop. I had been informed, "Number." THROUGHOUT THAT discussion I had been educated that I HAD BEEN under responsibility and early termination might charge $. I'd not have created the change had I been educated properly first.

I've called Directv again, talked with another consultant and also have gotten no quality. I'll need to spend or ding my credit.

It Is A crying shame when misinformation supplied by their customer support costs me. It's furthermore a disgrace that there's no method for solving conflicts for example mine as " no body has got the expert to create modifications in agreement contracts". The dollar at Directv appears to quit in the telephone drone compartments

I've been quite a long time Directv client, but I'll NEVER use their support again and that I may motivate others NOT TO conduct business together aswell!
