Broadview sales are aggressive and they must have selected acting skill as part of the work requirement. They will come in pair to cover each other in their presentation. Finally when we strike a deal $500/month all taxes included, we will rebate all installation usually in 2 billing cycle. We also were hard sale to convert all analog lines from Verizon to them with "No installatin" only $12.50 after tax it's $24", it will share all the minute from the plan, you won't have to pay for per minute calls if you sign-up now.

The result, $700/month, $1,400 installation fees, $31/month on converted lines.in addition to $200/month usage on those "included package". Our mistake was we trust them when they say it's a special deal, we don't have them on paper, trust us, you got my mobile number, I will take care of you.

Remember, phone number is only good if it is actually PICKED UP!

Numerous hours being thrown between departsments. Nobody want to take care of us. Service has been interrupted. Some techincal most "unknown", how can you trust a company who doesn't know what's wrong with their service they are paid to provide?

Have them write down any PROMOTION. There are no STANDARD contract that cannot be re-written. Don't make the same mistake as we have.

There is a reason why this company need to train sales to 'trick" people in order to profit.
