$100 for a bad licence code and a lot of stress

It's a Poker odds calculator for video game, and that I have taken care of the it with my charge card, plus they got the cash. The license key for that plan came however it didn't function. I delivered a contact for their assistance tackle, plus they transformed one-letter within the license name-but it didn't perform both.

It's been 4 times since their last solution came, but no improvement whatsoever since that time, despite my several emails.

I'm really annoyed, since i settled a $100 for that thing-but i can't use it.

Their customer support is just a bit of * it's not permissible to get a business to not reply for 4 days., i tried delivering my e-mails from another tackle also, but no solution for that possibly...
