Cannot get refund, problems contacting them

I sent them at customer. Support@acai-fit.net seeking termination and credit. I also delivered a professional notice (USPS) towards the tackle about the item container required the consideration terminated along with a credit to my charge card. Fifteen days afterwards November 18, I obtained the Licensed notice back stating there is "No Such Tackle" which obviously the address was deceptive. The tackle about the item container is G O Box 1269, Naples FL 34101.

I had been delivered a contact dated Wed, November 4 the consideration have been terminated. That's been more than 5 months with no credit continues to be delivered to my charge card. The organization is just a scam and really should be barred from taking these cons. Their phone number on my charge card may be the assistance workplace and after awaiting over 30 minute was informed that I'd to obtain the reimbursement by mail after I had waited to contact work all week-end. Another run-around! So what can I actually do?
