Damage in parking lot

On April 7 unconsciously left alongside an extremely badly damaged control. Clearly the control was protruding in to the parking lot after I supported out and got forward again I struck and ruined my 2005 Chevy Cobalt. I named the supervisor instantly and imformed him. Then he called Kroger appropriate office. Which in turn Kroger authorized division subsequently called me. A lady called Vicki stated that Kroger does not possess their parking lots and he or she would need to enter contact using the landlord. She subsequently mentioned she'd deliver the landlord and me a notice declaring what had occurred. She recommended me to obtain an estimation and also the landlord could be touching me. Anyhow I'venot noticed from Kroger or even the landlord. The control was set yesterday. Below I'm having a broken vehicle plus they behave like nothing happened. They've to date declined any connection with me.
