Efusal to return unopened merchandise

I purchased a serger out of this family-owned company. I visited return the serger and Dorothy WOn't go back though it was unopened since she stated their plan was no concessions after 2 weeks. It just-so happened that on the Friday evening that I attempted to come back it (which been the 14th time) they shut a couple of minutes early (6:56PM). No big deal I thought. I will just move Friday. On the bill it mentioned 30% restocking for computers. Nothing else. I named the shop since it seemed the employees vehicle was nevertheless there despite the fact that the lamps were out. The phone call wouldn't undergo. A saving arrived on that I had a need to unblock my range. I dont understand how it got blocked but I simply got a brand new telephone so anything from verizon changing it around blocked it. I went that Mon and was informed sorry no reimbursement. I couldnt think what this lady was saying. Ostensibly sorry about your fortune but... I'll consider my local company to Stoneybrooke for the time being on. Our criticism isn't using the Serger but using the shop.
