This is an auction site. I bought credits to bid on items and when you run out of bids/credits you either have to buy more bids or quit. You get nothing for your money

I was bidding on a Nintendo DSi from Haggel after I had purchased 15 dollars' worth of bids. When my 15 dollars was gone, and I had no more money to bid with I could either buy more bids or quit bidding. I received nothing for my money. I would like my money back if at all possible. I figured my bids would stay in my account until I used them. Stupid me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
