Pennyrights.com and bidcactus.com are scam artists. I got scammed into buying bids to bid on items. I paid $79.00 to start. I got like 120 bids to start bidding on electronics and merchandise. After using up my bids, I bought another $75.00 worth of bids. Bids went on and on and you don't win. It's a scam.
