I signed up for 3 day service. I have completed my online survey two days ago and have been waiting for the 24 hours to have my legal documents created. It has now been nearly 40 hours and have not heard any response about document completion. When I tried to log into my customer account, the system says my sign-in information is not valid. I am certain that my email and password are correct since it I confirmed via the account setup email I received. When I attempted log-in yesterday, I was able to gain access. I've called the phone customer service, and no one picks up on any of the many phone calls I have made.in addition, I have sent an email to request refund for non-response on their behalf and have not had any response.
