Etterfax.com Terrible, Fraud, Double Charging, No Customer Service, Useless, Greedy Internet

This company, FaxBetter.com, is a company that lets you send and receive faxes. I paid about $10 a month for this service. I use it to fax in my work deals so I can get paid for my work. Everything was fine till one day I could not get into my account, my email and password were correct but for some reason it just would not let me in, i figured it might be because the credit card I used I had shut off the day before and had gotten a new one and was trying to get into my account to update my billing information. Since I could not log in after trying everything I could I wrote their "customer service" department, since they do not have any other way of getting in contact with them, and I never received a response back till a week or so later.By that point I had already just signed up again using the exact same email and password. I could not wait any longer for their response because I had to get my work in, I figured since it let me use the same email and password for a new account then the account I could not get into must of just been canceled.
