Alibris Used Books
Ripoff, takes your money and sends you wrong books!

This company Alibris.com seemed too good to be true. I am a MBA student and I needed to buy books for my class. I googled on the internet the name of my book and up came a few websites that sold it, used. I wanted to buy it used because it would save alot of money that way. Out of the three websites that sell the book, Alibris was the cheapest.in fact, it was so cheap that I couldn't resist buying from them. Everything seemed professional about their company, they even had payment through paypal, which was cool. They sent me emails letting me know my books had shipped. All very professional.
The problem started today, when I received my books. I opened the box up and, THEY WERE THE WRONG BOOKS!!! Just some cheap books published back in 2003 that have nothing to do with my class whatsoever. I tried contacting them but couldn't get a hold of anyone. I just want to warn people to go with the bigger more reliable retailers. My lesson learned is that if it seems too good to be true, it is!!!
