Ripoff: false advertising and false information

I purchased a kit from H1 Base because it advertised that it was the only way to apply for the green card lottery through the internet versus traditional mail.
It was not true and I found that out the day after the purchase.
Additionally, the information provided was not as complete and correct as some found in other sources.
I want my money back but the customer service does not reply to messages or emails.
