Nowadays I visited your shop situated at 162-17 Jamaica Ave, Queens, NY 11432 at 5:00 pm (04/19) along side my two-year old boy and that I believe I've never discovered such rude team actually in my own life before. I attempted to create a criticism to some mature along with a supervisor there-but to no avail they continued stating that I'm incorrect plus they as well as their team is proper as well as explained they dont take criticism or recommendations from clients.

Our 2-year old child really was annoyed and so I introduced him for your shop to choose some handful of gadgets of his like thus i told him to obtain what he enjoys in order a typical 2-year old is going to do he began collecting several gadgets in his stroller ofcourse but I had been maintaining a few of the material back again to the ledge which means this woman team who arranges issues there arrived by and rudely mentioned in my experience basically am not purchasing all that material my child cant feel it, and so I experienced horrible and asked her what Type of plan is the fact that and just how rude are you currently? I'd never store in a location where there's no regard whatsoever. The woman managed to get appeared as if my 2-year child was splitting and knocking gadgets on the ground before everybody however the incredible point may be the supervisior and supervisor didnt beleived me might be only bcoz they work togather and also have favors for every others, they simply altogather overlooked my criticism.

I'll advise about that event to my loved ones and pals without a doubt so that they don't get insulted with their children infront of everybody. It had been this type of poor experience buying in YOUNGWORLD. Our recommendation would be to maintain ethical and good team who cares for that client and never insult or display perspective for them.
