Tried to rip off my 11 year old

I delivered my 11-year old child to come back a set of $10 pants in exchange to get a $10 tshirt (actually exchange) Within The Westfield Trumbull, Ct mall. The woman (cashier) in Hollister required the pants and informed her she required the credit card. My child had the initial carrier, reciept and product (never have been applied) with all labels unchanged, simply needed a level exchange. Our child wound up departing with no pants along with a reciept having said that the card was acknowledged back, however she never had a charge card to credit it back.
