They have my money but never sent me my item and wont return my emails

I placed an order and my payment was taken out of my account on feb 24 it is now april 16th and i still havent recieved my item. They said 4 buisness days and, well its been well over that. It must be fraud... So im looking into it. They have a number to call. But it shoots straight to vm and the vm is full... I send emails and i checked the status of the email and it says their email is unknown. And so i hand wrote a letter and sent it to the address of buisness... Well i just got the letter back in the mail saying there was no such place... So beware of this site. And if it really is a buisness shame on u i want a refund
