Poor customer service at Meritline - Brother fax drum cartridge

I had been doing buisness with Meritline for several years and never had a problem before. This was the first time I had to deal with their customer service dept though. They had sent me a wrong item in an order, and I needed to return it and get the right one immediately. Anyone else I have dealt with would have immediately Fed-Xed the item to me and all would be well. They refused to rush the item to me and moreover wanted all kinds of photos of the wrong item and other paperwork nonsense to return the item. I'll never do buisness with them again.
