Dan monihan is an obnoxious bully operating the worst real estate management company in westchester country in new york. The maintenance his company provides is simply awful. He is rude and vile on the phone and in person. I advise any condo to seek another company if you seek on site management. Does he have "special relationships" with the vendors he uses? What about the board members of the condos he works with? A dreadful man and a horrible company. This winter we had no hot water for days and his miserable staff laughed at my husband on the phone. Beware!
