Quit without any support for 3 times!

Your organization was left without any support for 3 times! Meanwhile they didn't retain us apprised about the improvement of the problem ticket. It got me contacting them (again) following the 2nd morning ofno support plus they nevertheless hadn't delivered someone to repair it! We'd no conversation for 3 times! No fax, no home, no web! Thank god we'd our mobile phones (which we went another organization because of terrible cell support!) We left Cbeyond simply because they simply weren't trusted. They let's from the agreement simply because they understood that their organization had failed us. And today need us to backpay all the installation costs!
