Terrible customer service

Put order for that which was outlined as "In-Stock" Ships Sameday" product. Needed to create repetitive calls and delivered 4 emails (which no body actually responded to) before being informed, "Purchase is shipping today". Soon afterwards I obtain a phone from Alex declaring, "This Can Be A special-order product and it is not in-stock".

Inadequate customer support and borderline scam by detailing it being an in-stock product if it isnot.

Worst company I've worked with. Consumer beware, you will find really trustworthy companies available THAT NOT make an effort to fool clients... UTILIZE THEM AND NEVER GlassWarePro.com
