Bad service

Put order online. They stated product was in-stock, and delivery following day. Never received the e-mail confirmation. Attempted to contact customer support numerous occasions-THEY DON"T ANSER THERE TELEPHONE. I GOT THRU THE SALES DEPARTMENT.

Asked what is up. Recommended it was never delivered. They might not describe what happened. Stated product was out-of stock, the web site was nevertheless getting requests stating them was in stock. I described plus they never fixed it. They must be billed with false advertising. Clearly recomend that you don't use!
