Alternator totally failed / no reimbursement/no good reason

The alternator completely failed in MO on journey from Texas to Illinois. Needed to be changed. No compensation after processing with bills for repairs along with a lease car. Cause was: No technical failure. No-chance to go over etc. A complete rip-off of the $1684 I taken care of the plan. Vehicle was inside the conditions of the agreement and all bills presented for confirmation. No-chance to go over via telephone. The disappointment charge me disaster transport costs of $663 along with $573 for that repairs. The lease vehicle was essential for me to achieve a household memorial and that I couldn't watch for repairs. Event was inside the period and milage of the agreement. Never again can I have A Long Support contract.
