Never issued a refund despite numerous contacts 2 letters does not answer phone

I orderd a quaterly boxfor a gilfriend who was t prison firecamp in southern california. The box was ordered the first week of october did not arrive until 12/03. There was a credit of $72.40 based on items not in stock. I calledthe company 12/06 2009 and was told after explaining wanted a cash refund not a creit the custmer serviceperson indicated it would take 30 days. I waite andnothing so on 01/27 after futile attempts to get thru via phone and no customer service email address. Fianally on 03/20 I mailed a certifed returm letter which as of 04/07 has not been signed nor returned to my mail address and thy donot pick up the phone. Stayaway from this plce the amount is small $72.40 that is not the point I hate ripoff companies!!
