Web.com, Handyman.com leads are bad unable to contact leads or work was completed

I was told by Robert (sales rep) that all lead were ck before they were sent to me and that was not the case. Also i was told that i would receive 25 to 35 leads a month for my listing Handyman service. I have only recived 3 that were any help to me and have yet to been able to contact the leads. I ask for a refund and was told that i have a contract till sep 2010. Don not belive any of the sales reps the lead or not any good.
