Sold me construction projects leads that had been completed

Renovation Expers/Leads.com is selling leads to Contractors that are old and completed. One of the leads was bogus. The 2nd day after paying them 180.00 with my credit card, I called & informed them of the situation, gave them the lead #'s and asked for a refund. The representative told me the account would be pro rated for 1 month and still kept the full 180.00 payment.

They are still sending the same leads that I told him to remove from his system as they had been completed. I got a duplicate 2 weeks later.
Any contractor or builder that is looking for work, don't give your money to Leads.com or Renovation Experts. They do NOTHING!!! This company definately is a Rip off.
