Serious customer service problem

Visited shop to purchase undies for husband.invested an hour or so on push there, back and working through their inventory. Did not have what I needed. Arrived home and chose to purchase online.invested additional time online AND shipping cost. They sent me wrong design. Sent them to inform them of issue. Nobody ever got back to me whatsoever. Its been atleast 4 times. I have nearly had it with Sears. This really is my severe customer support issue together within the last month or two.
