Tv infomercial expresses the highest quality vacuum called to order and was told I should upgrade to a commercial product do to the size carpeting.in doing so the total cost to me was 354.00 90 day money back guarntee with lifetime replacement my vac broke about day 95 warranty. My new vac is making a very loud noise and no suction after checking the obvious everything seeems in place. I called to get the replacement and told a 50.00shipping fee and at my expense need to ship the other vac back at least another 50.00 and the replacement is a referbished vac! I asked for at least a partial refund because for 100.00 I can go to walmart and buy a really decent vac they were unwilling to change their rules and accomadate me in any other way however, give credit where due the man I spoke with was proffesional and somewhat sympathetic but unaccomidating
