This is the worst Rental Company Ever. I would Never Recommend Them to Anyone. I reted a house from them in June by October I began having MAJOR problems with the houses fixtures. The bathroom started leaking into the Living room and dining room. When Asked to fix that problem they sent out a Plumber who tore big holes throughout my down stairs and in a closet in on of the bedrooms... He stopped one leak weeks later, another leak started like some type of chain reaction. On top of the when the person cam in to seal the holes they used some cheap plexi glass which came crashing down days later. Now here it is April and now of the issues are resolved and there are now more major problems with the bathroom plumbing. The drains are clogged and the tiolet, sink, and tub runs all day which make the water bill overly expensive... Onyx Management is full of Money Hungry workers who really could care less about the needs of their Tenants. If you look on their webset their are so many Positive Reviews but doing further digging those same reviews are on yahoo and google. How convient. They are the Worst. I need Legal Advice to Get Out of this Lease... I would ADVICE that No One I Mean NO ONE, use this company...
