Rude employee

Guy named was super rude, requesting to consult with my cousin who operates 12-hour changes I described that she was sleeping, he required I wake her up, when described which was not really a chance he extended to need this, after I requested to consult with his boss he declined to place him about the telephone with me. Stayed rude till I eventually hung-up on him. I'm not the kind of individual to hold on somebody solution of my nature. This guy was totally rude. He was really challenging and uncommon, you ought to be more cautious with the way you are nearing people onthe telephone.
