The Acct mgr CARLA GARCIA within the Irving, Tx department named me and we spoke a couple of seconds before she began interrupting me and speaking over me, I required a boss. She extended her rude conduct toward me and after I'd required her boss for that 3rd period, she created an awful remark and HUNG-UP ON ME. I named straight back and he or she acquired her telephone subsequently put it-up fully. This occurred another twice. Lastly, I acquired her voice-mail and that I offered her an head complete after which named the organization office to protest. I created a formal problem towards the general supervisor and also to her immediate boss who mentioned that Carla Jackson had created records within the pc that I "was rude and declined to go over the consideration and that I HUNG-UP ON HER" Well, positive thing these calls are documented. I'll ensure this rude unprofessional individual never calls me again. I dislike stereotypes but she represents the unaware black individual who wont shut-up and hear or provide anybody the most popular thanks to a polite discussion.
