If you are trying to rent in St Augustine, do not use Consolidated Realty Group. They are a bunch of scammers, they will show you destroyed, slum apartments without even cleaning them first. Zero work ethic or care, extremely unproffesional and will get nasty on the phone if you ask questions and will try to avoid you. Pretty much they will ruin the process of you moving and actually enjoying your new place. Oh since you're ONLY renting and they are NOT actually making any significant money on you, they will simply TELL you so, because they just DON'T care enough: sorry... Regret ever getting involved with them, especially the individual above.
