Metro properties on wake forest road raleigh n. C slum-lords, filthy nasty, housing

This company has the most slummmly apartments for rent the worst that i have ever seen i my life. I think that they are only interested in this line of work for the money! They do not i do mean do care about their renters or the quality of the apartments that they are renting out to people like myself and my neighbors share some of the same concerns thta i have.

As soon as i find a different place to live i will be leaving this nasty, u nkept place the yards are just nasty with trash and cars all over the streets and no one seems to care, but they do make that you pay them rent on time in a timely manner but maintnance is never done the same.

The worst part is the owner of the property has no idea how this company that he has trusted to rent his property is treating to rentees, or their apartments.

My final thought is for anyone who is looking for a place to call home in raleigh n. C don't let metro properties help. The only home you will get will be a little house of horror, and every thing thats not broken will soon break. A word for the wise the sign that says metro really means (no, no!!!)
