They are a rip off company BEWARE!!! They will pay you to use your information social security number and buy property in your name, they will tell you that it will better your credit score and build it up... They will make that property go into foreclosure and you will be suied. They are a total rip off company! Also they are slum landlords and don't take care of any work in the house i.E. (tolets, floods, snow removal, etc) they take all your rent money and don't pay the loan of the house. Beware!!!
