Unannouced and unauthorized charges to my account

I am (was?) a voicepulse connect customer for about 10 years. The service has improved, and I am generally happy with them. That is until this month.
In a stroke of wisdom, they have seen fit to deduct an additional surcharge from my bank accounts without giving me any advance notice or opportunity to make a decision on whether to stay with them (and pay) or not. Ka ching! We took your money, sorry, no refunds. IMHO, this is DISHONEST and possible illegal. This month it is only $3.00 but what if next month they decide to increase it to $103.00. Ka ching! They took the cash!
Unacceptable.
I agree that something has changed at Voicepulse in Feb. New management or new owners, who knows. But the people in charge now are unskilled at retaining customers.
Expect more surcharges and increased fees as the new people scramble to replace the revenues lost as their customer base moves to other providers.
