Charged me for minutes that I never talked. This company artifficially makes you difficult to reach the person you are calling purposely to make-up 1 minute charges. They ripped me off

Pulse Telecom, LLC is e long distance / international phone company. This company has ripped me off, and stolen my money through make-up charges. Last bill which is, invoice number:# 313860078 Pulse Telecom ripped me off $30.00 dollars.in las bill I had fifty (50) "1 minute " charges, for those I never talked, or reached the other line. It is so frustrating to us. We work for living and this company steals viciously my money. Where is FCC?
FCC! Please wake-up and defend the citizens who pay taxes from which you get pay.
Pulse Telecom should be investigated and punished for stealing me, and others.
