No place should be able to charge a fee for cashing a check at the bank it is drawn on. The show of 2 ID's & the video recording assures this. There is not one bank that can show that they cashed a forged check unless there were bank employees in on it. When someone is making it easier to keep from being forged & showing proper ID's they should not have to pay a fee & the banks that have been charging these illegal fees should lose their ability to legally loan money & to do banking business! All illegal charges should be refunded & taken directly from the main bank representative for him getting the bonuses from these illegal charges!
