A yr ago Me and my Husband had bought an EMachine (Computer) at Best Buy. We also bought the extended warranty for two/three yrs. After the first yr it started to go bad. I will make this short because there is alot to say.

The computer crashed twice the reboot disk did not function so I called the company to replace that disk and they did. Then after the reboot the computer was not the same running really slow would not let me us my normal cd's cdburner did not work OK. The computer has been in and out of best buy 10wks.

On the first attempt they sent the computer to repair in Hollywood Florida where their repair center is. It came back after 3wks. I brought it back home and it did not work. They had replaced the Modem, but they never down loaded the the disk to make the Modem work. So back up to the store. Now keep in mind we live in Cape Casnaveral Fl, so the travel is far.

I also asked the store about the other problems. Well they basically said I would have to bring it back and fourth. We have been back and fourth to that store for the last 10wks to try and resolve this. Well the store customer service said that it has to be visit #4 before I get a new computer. Well I never got one.

When it came back the fourth time there where loose screws in the computer. The melbourne people said that the computer was tested and I said I will not be satisfied till I see it for myself. Well they hesitated to test it in front of me. I gave them my son's reader rabbit cd and ask them to download it the service rep said no I can't and I said I will not take this computer back home just to find out it still is not fixed.

Well he GOT permission to download and guess what? The same message appeared. It did not work. I got so upset I went out of the store and my husband delt with them. Back to repair again for a rush repair job that lasted 2 weeks. So to ease me, they bribed me with a $25.00 gift card. Keep in mind I spend good money. I did not take it.

I have asked them for the number for their regional office and they basically told me they did not exist. I took it upon myself to get on the phone at our home and call assistant directory. They now have all the complaints and they will do nothing to give me a new computer. They lied to me, and the Managers at the store are too busy on the floor to take my phone calls.

My husband and I have to return back to the store because now the cd burner does not work. All we want is a new computer like they said I would get. We have lost a lot of money without our computer at home. We run a buisness and try not to have a real paycheck for 10wks and we have a child. Please help us I am lost.
