I tried a carpet purchase out of this online merchant, and was billed instantly. After getting conformation of the purchase via mail, fourteen days passed with no further term regarding standing of satisfaction. All efforts to achieve the organization by mail and by telephone failed. It seems they don't really answer their customer support point. Atleast not throughout the day after I attempted after 9:30am weekdays.
