Should be sued

I'm coping with a that goes back to 2001. Evidently, somebody intercepted my charge card within the email and applied it. Fundamentally, this debt was offered to Palisades. I told them by telephone as well as in creating this wasn't the best debt. They dismiss me completely and proceed to contact and create me despite the fact that the Law of Restrictions has long-since go out with this issue.

In early 2009 I employed an attorney to obtain this issue solved. These were effective. Nevertheless, following a moratorium of the month or two, Palisades re-submitted their state... Obviously a deceptive work. Some organization of government must consider the corporation's procedures.
