Rebates not received

We continued blackfriday (in a sensible period 10am) for batteries that have been "free", a handheld remote control and calculator. These things were said to be free after rebate. Obviously we also bought additional "not free" products. To date we've not obtained some of our discounts. No onre is reachable at some of their so-called customer svc telephones and the web sites. Whenever we went there on black friday, my spouse i i questioned why no body else was about within the shop on black friday. Today we all know why - they're managing a fraud and we purchased atleast 100 bucks worth of additional product thinking that it had been free
