They had watch for over 6 months on a repair. Forget about unprofessional when I picked up the watch the mgr. "ron's" behavior was bordering on crazy... I think he may have forgotten his meds that day. This is the worst retail experience I have ever had. Also, have been unable to get anyone in charge. Called the Short Hills store and although they were nice enough they could not help me to reach a corporate office.
