After MANY efforts to get hold of them by telephone, without any achievement, I copied the licensed bill, published lengthy concept regarding times and issues and sent to Shawn. Shawn instantly returned telephone call, thanked me for contacting him, stated telephone support have been outoforder. Mentioned that saferwholesale could be looking after the reimbursement. Called saferwholesale on Nov 29th, they sent me back, because no body in the organization is permitted to talk to you about the telephone, if you don't are purchasing anything. Sent that reimbursement was prepared on Nov 21st. Which it'd get approximately 15 times to exhibit on bill. After 15 times with no refund. Emailed again plus they advised me which was 15 business days or 3-4 wks. Well after 5 wks, no reimbursement on charge card, no mail from them. I sent them again and was sent back they examined with sales which reimbursement was refused and instore credit was put on my bill. Educated them that Shawn explained a complete reimbursement could be released, no reference to instore credit which used to do not desire to buy SOMETHING from there organization which I'd to buy another hot water heater and required cash for expenses. They sent back and stated "I apolgize, nevertheless Shawn doesn't work with our organization. Your shop plan is the fact that discounts CAn't be given under any cirvumstances. I sent them back and have when they don't matter discounts, why about the e-mail they delivered me on November 29th did they express reimbursement was prepared on November 21st?
