I sign for the financing program for a computer and they promised that i will get one after 5 consecutive payments $129.96 every month at some point the contract continued to change

I signed for the financing program with a promise that i would get a computer after 5 consecutive payments of $129.96 every month. When i payed them $600.00 i caught an overdraft fee in which they billed me twice and i explained to them what happened and they said if i didnt pay the remaining balance i would not get the compute or my money back. I never signed and written contract and i feel that i was scammed and my bank said that they couldnt do nothing about it. Now i have no computer for my son whose in high school and he can not do his homework for class. Can you please look into this matte
